KW CARES
KW Cares is a public charity created to support Keller Williams associates and their families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency.
Supporting One Another

KW Cares is the heart of Keller Williams Greater Knoxville culture in action – finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where Keller Williams associates live and work.
KW RED DAY

Keller Williams is a philanthropic based group of agents that continually supports not only its own agents, but the community at large. For example, for many years it has been a “Red Day” project to clean all the headstones at the Veterans Cemetery on Lyons View Road. Agents gather with brooms, brushes, and lots of elbow grease to make sure that our veterans graves markers are kept clean and in order. Other events have been honoring all of our First Responders, Police, Firemen, and Veterans with a lunch, band and big thank you’s for their service.

We also have done landscaping and painting at Shangri-La Therapeutic Academy of Riding each year. On the second Thursday in May, the offices choose what community project they will do. Keller Williams agents can choose to donate from each closing an amount that goes into a fund at International for the KW Cares. This is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps thousands of Keller Williams Associates and their qualifying family members experiencing hardship as a result of a sudden emergency.
We step in swiftly to provide financial grants and aid when these unforeseen emergencies create difficult circumstances that our KW associates and their immediate families cannot overcome on their own. This is the very heartbeat of Keller Williams CULTURE in action; striving to find and serve the higher purpose of business through philanthropic giving in a way that embodies values rooted in giving, caring and sharing. WE BELIEVE IN TAKING CARE OF OUR OWN.
Keller Willlams has given $49,587,842 in total grants. This has covered house fires, medical emergencies and unaffordable funeral and burial expenses. We also respond swiftly to natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires and floods, by providing funds for food, lodging, and transportation and by deploying generators, water and other disaster relief supplies. KW Cares TITHES annually to board-selected charities in order to expand our reach outside the KW family. These include: The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Homes for Our Troops, The Ryan Wells Foundation.
