FAST TRACK OVERDRIVE

● What is it? An Intense Daily Program , Monday through Friday. Activities designed to either get

the agent to Cap quickly or earn the most $ during their 100% capped period.

● Who is Eligible? Any Agent. However, you will have to be “Invited” to the program

● How Long? 1 Month: July 7th - July 29th

● Where is this being held? At the Bearden MC in the training room

● Why would I do this?

o How motivated are you?

o How quickly would you like to earn 100% commission or......

o How would you like to receive an additional $50,000 before your cap resets?

● How does that work?

o This program is built around Daily Activities to help you secure 10+ transactions in a 1

month period.

o You will commit to being present in the office from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Monday

through Friday

o This is designed for agents who are looking to get a BIG bump in their business

o You must be highly motivated and committed to this 1-month program

o Additional Coaching meetings will be offered to any one interested

● What will we do?

o Daily Lead Generation calls for 1+ hours/day as per the DTD2 system

o Focus on setting appointments

o B2B calls

o Calling our Sphere

o Building our database to a minimum of 100 contacts
